4/14/2023- I Walked by again as I did before going to a break only to discover I once again achieved "Cashier of the Month!" It has been three times since I began working Lowe's # 1785 in Nampa, IDAHO-what an achievement!
9/03/22- Today was a good day. I found out that I am now "Cashier of the Month" for October! This accomplishment did not come easy. Not at all. I have been tirelessly working the hardest of all the cashiers. Asking, telling, and selling all the "extra" things Lowe's has to offer. This included the "Mylowe's Membership Card, the Employee survey" and working fast and accurately to ring up customers and make sure that their needs were met above expectations. I pushed the questionaire so much and even told them that they needed to do this. I enthusiastically pushed it and my hard work finally paid off. I also reminded the head cashiers and managers that I was interested and passionate about becoming this achievement. Upon seeing it for my own I started yelling out loud and saying, "BOO YAH: I'm Cashier of the Month!" Everyone from employees and customers a like cheered me on and it made this experience even that much better and rewarding. I appreciate working at Lowe's so much more now after achieving such a great title. Below I have some pictures of my achievement.
